The shower had inconsistent water pressure, which was a bit frustrating during peak mornings. I also noticed the coffee and tea supplies in the room were quite basic. Despite these hiccups, the attentive service from the staff made up for it. They were friendly and genuinely seemed to care about guest comfort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I hope they address those minor inconveniences soon.

the location is realy good for exploring harrogate. my room was clean and comfy with nice decor. breakfast was excellent, lots of tasty options. staff were super friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome. overall a rad vibe in the hotel.
